Ivy Green paint with black interior is one of our favorite combinations on these, especially in GT form with styled steel wheels. ![]() This car reportedly was built in San Jose and retains its original drivetrain with 4-speed Toploader manual transmission (‘66 was the first year an automatic could be had with the HiPo engine, but few cars were ordered with it). Find it here on Craigslist in Chico, California with an asking price of $20k. In addition, it’s a California car that apparently still wears its original black plates, which adds even more desirability. This 1966 Ford Mustang hardtop coupe is described as a good running and driving K-Code survivor with the highly sought after 289 High Performance engine and the desirable GT package. ![]()
